Are you ready for Metafit HIIT with Coach SJ?

What is Metafit?
- Formed by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast in 2010, Metafit is the original group X HIIT workout.
- Quick facts: 30 minutes, non-choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire.
- We have been creating true HIIT workouts for our coaches for over 10 years and weather you are teaching a Boot Camp, Studio class or a PT session, Metafit works!
- You going to work at a maximum intensity (HRMax above 90 percent) during short work intervals to utilise the ATP-PC (adenosine triphosphate and phosphocreatine) and anaerobic energy sources, later on having adequate rest through static and active recovery to replenish these energy sources for the greatest aerobic metabolism boost after the workout.

- What is HIIT? It stands for High Intensity Interval Training - The exercises are high intensity, meaning you will burn maximum calories in a short period of time. All I need is a private hall or playground area, with my portable bluetooth speaker, pretty much I can start the class.
For hygiene purpose, you can self prepare your own yoga mat.
Some existing indoor studio classes offer free trial for first timer, so give yourself a try, else it will be boring to workout at home, no one knows whether you are doing the posture correctly or not. Plus, it is boring.
