Wa, it's my first time tried @boon signature roast pork.
It's my actual birthday, and i tend to just rest and enjoy at home.
I manage to order their signature 100% free-range Berkshire roast pork, berkshire char siew, and roast pork ribs.
Beekshire pig is a cross-breeding black pig with white snout and trotter. Originally from England, it's famous for juicy, tender, heavily marbled and flavorful.
my first time seeing crispy pork-skin in crouton forms.
I have seen crouton style in an Italian Porchetta, but not in Malaysia cuisine. The skin is so crispy upon arrival.
Char siew 100% confirm melts when i chew the fats. I thought wow, so fat, must be yucky, but it just melts as you bite it!
As for pork ribs, i just nibble bit, but hubby says thumbs-up for such remarkable roasted pork ribs!
Boon signature roast pork is at jalan ss, too far for me. I use the other kitchen, an online fnb delivery platform to ease the whole. Process. Well, tapao food isn't that bad after all.
Stay home, pair this whole pork platter with fine wine.
