25 Aug 2020 - Went to brew house pandan indah for a quick dinner and drinking. Glad they offer 10 beers happy hour and you can redeem the unfinished beer another day, no expiry date. Previously, they serve 1 short 10 pints beers before hh 7pm. Now, they offer happy hours all day long. The brew house is famous for cheap fusion eats and cheap beer. 1) spaghetti bolognese. My kids didnt finish this. Hmmm. Used to papa cooking i guess. 2) bacon wrapped pork meatball in stout sauce. Beautifully done, but didnt taste much of stout. 3) mushroom bacon soup. Unfortunately the smoked bacon is stronger then the creamy mushrooms. 4) namyue pork salad - top recommended. Love how the fried namyue pork meat topped over the green salads with sesame dressing. 5) seafood pizza. Defroze seafood packaging - squid, small prawns, crab meat, mini mussels. blanch tomato paste on top of pizza.. The crust is okay. 6) moo ping - at here, they use pork neck. 27 Aug 2020 - When you ask me what's my favourite fast food outlet, i will definitely tell you a&w. Still in love with their classic root beer,  their fresh hot honey waffles, and their curly fries! super duper love to read how allen and wright founded their 1st root beer stand, cause history is the moment of life. Surprisingly their fried chicken is even juicy and tender, to compared with kfc!  

4 Sept 2020 - The best is elderly folk above 60 years old can enjoy 1 free meal without any other tnc nor any min spending. As per the photo above, the pasta aglio olio is completely free so long the elderly is 60 years old and above. I mean like.. How they even make money? But they have limited choices. So my mom ordered their spaghetti sausage aglio olio and it was so fiery hot that we need some drinks to cool it down. A smaller portion than the usual ones but its free, no complaints. The chef makes the carbonara a classy way, putting the egg yolk in the middle, as you stir up for a pasta carbonara. The taste is good to go. Again, price is affordable. Like rm15 and they offer lunch set.

6 Sept 2020 - Our usual place is packed so we come to this casual home cooked coffeeshop. I was here in 2019, but now they expand into 2 shoplots. Famous for its charcoal toast. Most of the bread was all ready spread with butter, toasting the bread slowly using charcoal, and offer the classic kaya butter, or if you fancy for savoury cheese egg thingy. I thought i ate something less to my liking. Jackpot. The dimsum wasnt great, i think this is because they steam the dimsum by taking it out from fridge, instead of readymade and served hot from the dimsum steamer. Ordered few times although their local coffee is all good, my request of kurang manis still very manis (just like thong kee pandan indah) They have special food such as kids meal, yam rice, fried noodles, western pasta, japanese bento, taiwan braised rice.  The fried noodles sometimes good sometimes not. Above average.

6 Sept 2020 - We tried the newly opened chinese restaurant in the neighbourhood.  Offering fresh garoupa at only rm68, it's definitely worth the price. The beautiful braised fatty pork trotters with the qq sea cucumber in claypot is nicely done and good to go along with the rice. Succulent, sinful, tender.  The Chinese sweet sour pork 咕噜肉 with the smaller pork meat cubes deep fried batter, a little sot sauce, tomato sauce and the usual cucumber, onions, pineapples. I have seen some places, their deep fried pork was in dark color and it isnt appealing. Ks offers fresh crab in the aquarium too. Should have some good fresh crab another day.

8 Sept 2020 - Heard of this yuan fong kopitiam. Offering mostly ipoh food, we tried asam laksa, curry mee, dry curry noodles, iced coffee, iced cham. Their brewed white coffee is one a kind. It is like a smoothie. As for the curry noodles soup and asam laksa, food presentation looks like appetising, but the taste is average. Nevertheless, they offer big portion and balanced food ingredients in the serving.  I do like their gravy curry noodles. Where its rich, aromatic and really delicious to enjoy. A Chinese New Year feelng right?
