Tamarind Springs by Samadhi 20 years anniversary





10 Oct 2019 - tamarind Springs by samadhi celebrating its 20 years anniversary offering 20 different winemakers and their samadhi group executive chefs come to cook very good food in this event...










This is the first floor upon entrance. Greeted by a chic bar in the forest environment, needless to say, you are feeling a luxury moment, yet feel connected with the tranquil jungle environment. We took our wine glass exploring 20 different types of winemakers' wine while sampling some great and enticing appetisers, snacks, and finger food.





We have the chance to see the Borneo music performance at the second floor, where they also serve soup cuisine, Vietnam cuisine and another level of wine tasting session.







Walking down to a mini stair stage and we get to try the chinese cuisine. I super love the roasted duck wonton noodles.. Cause its the best ever! Their wonton noodles are freshly homemade by their chef themselves. The noodles are made fresh, from flour and eggs, springy feeling and tasty at the same time.




And this is the Malay cuisine where the famous nasi lemak sushi, rolled up rendang and pulut rice, meat skewer etc. A spicy tastebud happening at here!




And simply, this is a definite great view of the Avatar movie, and you can't believe how big the area Tamarind Springs tend to create. It is totally another world the moment you step in.



It is definitely a great time able to sample so many different types of cuisines from all executive chefs of Samadhi Group, as well as tasting a great selection of wine, in such a captivating moment in the jungle, as if you are in a resort.
