6 Oct 2018 - Brotherhood 老友记 in the small busy taman midah Cheras area, serving delicious Chinese cuisine Malaysia style. 



Four season platter as the starter, well presented,l for a casual dining Chinese restaurant.


Pork ribs presented in the two different taste - sweet BBQ sauce and deep fried crispy pork ribs, but yet still. Juicy and meats off the bone.




The regular dish we order are the fresh garoupa fish and steamed Chicken was all good.



See the amount of high iron fungus on top the stir fry kailan. Simply nutritious.



And in every birthday celebration, we order the Longetivity noodles, but it was bit salty (too much soy sauce), else it is a perfect dinner for me.

RESTORAN CHAN HAINAM KOPITIAM 赞记海南冰 yulek cheras - petai char keoy teow, hainam coffee

24 Sept 2020 - Everyone go gaga with 'hainam' and 冰室 as the coffeeshop names nowadays. Actually hainam is also the same as cham. Here is the menu, expensive or cheap? I am not sure why there is a hype naming the coffeeshop 冰室 cause the chinese words are more towards Hong Kong style. The neighbors were talking about this new hainam tea coffeeshop at Yulek. So, I went to try this siham sambal petai char keoy teow priced at rm9. What do you think of this combination? Good taste or merely for bring unique and viral? For me, the petai couldnt fit in together with the CKT. BUT, the belacan is so freshly done and very spicy. The cook didnt use the normal belacan paste (dark red color). On the wok hei part, the plate of char keoy teow taste is blanch though. As for the coffee, I personally think their hainam coffee taste nicer than hainam tea. The hainam tea was tasteless on this day, but my 1st visit ordering hainam coffee is good.
