Steam big fish head will be using Asian big head carp fish (雄鱼头) ,super fresh flesh with simple soya sauce, gingers and their red chilli Paso is crazy spicy! The best part is their cooking method ensure the fish doesn't overcooked, you can test by trying to remove the fish meat off it's bone, as in not too soft.
