28 March 2018 - If you are at yulek and you are looking for simple prawn mee, lam mee, Yong Tau Foo...restoran cosy corner is for you. 

Originally from pudu 半山芭 in 1969, A very small and normal Coffee shop, don't expect 'cosy' or air conditioned environment. 

The Yong tau foo is own made,tendered meatballs, giving you real stuff and ingredients. 


Basically they serve you with the noodle that you want, and they will just add on two small prawns, few chicken shreds, taugeh... That's all, rm7.50 per noodles portion, 




Yong tau foo rm1-1.50 per piece.

24 Sept 2020 - Everyone go gaga with 'hainam' and 冰室 as the coffeeshop names nowadays. Actually hainam is also the same as cham. Here is the menu, expensive or cheap? I am not sure why there is a hype naming the coffeeshop 冰室 cause the chinese words are more towards Hong Kong style. The neighbors were talking about this new hainam tea coffeeshop at Yulek. So, I went to try this siham sambal petai char keoy teow priced at rm9. What do you think of this combination? Good taste or merely for bring unique and viral? For me, the petai couldnt fit in together with the CKT. BUT, the belacan is so freshly done and very spicy. The cook didnt use the normal belacan paste (dark red color). On the wok hei part, the plate of char keoy teow taste is blanch though. As for the coffee, I personally think their hainam coffee taste nicer than hainam tea. The hainam tea was tasteless on this day, but my 1st visit ordering hainam coffee is good.
