Flamingo Hotel Penang - Clean Beach, playground, swimming pool

23 March 2018 - Flamingo hotel in tanjung bungah Penang, stragetic to be located in n between George town and Batu feringgi area, therefore 20 mins driving distances within the cities. 



We were offered a welcome drink fruit punch upon arrival. 



Surprised the whole interior is in white colors on the flooring and walls, as white is always a challenge to maintain the cleanliness, this shows the effort the team put on to maintain the cleanliness. Also a 3d flamingo art near to the lift on the ground floor, treat as a 3d art photo area.



Fantastic view we got from our suite room sea view. 


Basically mommy doesn't really need to plan do much, because from morning till evening, the younger kids will be busy enjoy playing in its outdoor playground, swimming in the pool or just hearing the calm sea waves, sand sensory play, and most importantly, the sea is CLEAN. Probably worth to drive 5 hours from KL.

24 Sept 2020 - Everyone go gaga with 'hainam' and 冰室 as the coffeeshop names nowadays. Actually hainam is also the same as cham. Here is the menu, expensive or cheap? I am not sure why there is a hype naming the coffeeshop 冰室 cause the chinese words are more towards Hong Kong style. The neighbors were talking about this new hainam tea coffeeshop at Yulek. So, I went to try this siham sambal petai char keoy teow priced at rm9. What do you think of this combination? Good taste or merely for bring unique and viral? For me, the petai couldnt fit in together with the CKT. BUT, the belacan is so freshly done and very spicy. The cook didnt use the normal belacan paste (dark red color). On the wok hei part, the plate of char keoy teow taste is blanch though. As for the coffee, I personally think their hainam coffee taste nicer than hainam tea. The hainam tea was tasteless on this day, but my 1st visit ordering hainam coffee is good.
