Fatt kee roast fish - Super Spicy Fish, Seafood Soup

9 July 2018 - Fatt kee roast fish is truly Malaysian newborn spicy Chinese cuisine. Some facts about fatt kee roast fish:

👉Spicy sour soup base slow boiled for hours, giving you the tantalizing taste similar like tomyam thai but much better. Ingredients seen: soybean sprout, big red onions, Tomato, leek, chilli Padi, scallion, etc

👉Spicy level: from -0.5 till 7. I asked boss, so far no one breaks the record to finish the whole tray of top spiciest level. Less than 10 sips and surrender already. Common people take level -0.5. If you don't like spicy at all, they won't put any chilli in it, but not syiok la.

👉Different kinds of fresh fish, squids, clams lala, and big prawns.

👉Roasted fish is unusual thing in Malaysia. It is famous in China. Aside using oven, I believe fatt kee is using chinese wok dry-roast style, keep turning the fish at high heat. It isn't the common deep fry or steam fish cooking method.

👉4 different types of fresh chillies from Brazil, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand.

👉more than 40 types of steamboat ingredients and some fried finger food like chicken wings, etc.
If with kids, don't expect they have any fried rice, but they do offer ala care dishes like stir fry omelette, vegetables, etc. Eat with white rice.
