Anne Elizabeth deli - simple grilling pork meat

1 April 2018 - Anne Elizabeth is always a small yet easily packed with the locals. As it comes as a pork deli like those in supermarket, with all different type of meat marinated with seasonings and herbs. Pick any that you like and the staff will just grill for you. Cheap as in rm25-40 for one meat course. The key is marination fresh and just ask staff to grill simply while serving fresh to the diners. Eye opening as people like to eat what they are able to choose in deli counter.


We ordered pork belly, pork sausages, pork roulade. Simple presentation, yet juicy tender meats melting in your mouth. Juices drip from meat, as you can smell and taste a little of flaming burnt grilling presentation.

24 Sept 2020 - Everyone go gaga with 'hainam' and 冰室 as the coffeeshop names nowadays. Actually hainam is also the same as cham. Here is the menu, expensive or cheap? I am not sure why there is a hype naming the coffeeshop 冰室 cause the chinese words are more towards Hong Kong style. The neighbors were talking about this new hainam tea coffeeshop at Yulek. So, I went to try this siham sambal petai char keoy teow priced at rm9. What do you think of this combination? Good taste or merely for bring unique and viral? For me, the petai couldnt fit in together with the CKT. BUT, the belacan is so freshly done and very spicy. The cook didnt use the normal belacan paste (dark red color). On the wok hei part, the plate of char keoy teow taste is blanch though. As for the coffee, I personally think their hainam coffee taste nicer than hainam tea. The hainam tea was tasteless on this day, but my 1st visit ordering hainam coffee is good.
