Fatt hei len 发囍靓 tayton cheras - clay pot chicken, claypot fish, BBQ pork ribs

2 March 2018 - Fatt hei Len, Tayton Cheras is the one of those Chinese restaurant where I will give thumb up, as all food were well cooked and we'll done. Huge crowd with 2-3 shoplots occupied, still the Chinese chefs cooks and prepare the dishes. It's a surprise as to see all dishes are tastefully good.

Claypot herbal chicken rm52 should be slow cooked with one wholesoft, juicy chicken meat.

Claypot tilapia fish in yellow wine rm70 with simple soya sauce, garlic, chilli. Best is the taste of Yellow wine and the fish meat is fresh and contains no muddy taste. Googled and read that clay pot cooking method where it locks down the moisture, while pertaining the natural fats or flavors of what's cooking inside the clay pot. Hence, it's more flavorful compared with normal steaming method.

Bbq pork ribs rm14 * 3 pairs (rm42) was tender and being sliced nicely, smoked outer skin melts together with the meat in your mouth.

Fried pork intestines RM20 was nice and spicy, not chewy...just that it wasn't our favourite dish among the diners of the day.

Big square size Own made egg tofu bean curd rm19 was phenomenal for me. All recommended! Is it cheap or expensive? It's all depends on the value you see in our daily life spending. If you ask me, slightly expensive than normal Chinese restaurant, but won't be coming here every day to spend, so it's worth once a while to try outside food.
