Such a big banquet with at least 100 tables or more. Kinda pity as all TV showing chef and Kitchen CCTV, seems stressful for those who cook.
First time tried blanched eggplant with chicken floss and oyster sauce, healthy and delicious.
Thumbs up for its roasted duck and roasted char siew pork belly,
and traditional steamed deep-sea garoupa fish with fungus 木耳 and beancurd.

Moderate ratings:
The tri color black, green, original beancurd was a new food presentation but unfortunately all taste the same.
Steamed village chicken is salty but and too much spring onions toppings, but the chicken meat is soft and juicy.
