Fusionz pot - pork bone steamboat soup and steam seafood

29/8/2017 -  Fusionz pot 中日鲜锅...hmm....the name sounds confusing as there is nothing related with Japanese (日) at all... Basically just the normal steam seafood with hua diao wine and tung hoon.Basic steamboat soup base is the big pork bone soup and fresh tomyam soup (lots of tomatoes, cabbage, spicy herbs). Both soup is nicely done. But I think the steamboat ingredients basically are the same. Steam seafood just a trend, not super fresh but not bad either, moderate.
I think the best challenge was how u put one small plate of vegetables at the price rm8.80. See our expert placing the vegetables like a tall ice kacang, lol.  They are having Crab promo at RM3.80 per piece.
