The Craft Beer Shop, Seremban - HandCraft Beer
8 Feb 2016 - Got to know a long time photographer, David Ng, where he used to do event photography shooting in G6 club, opened his own handcraft beer in Seremban. Now what is it so special with handcraft beer to be compared with the commercialized beer like Carlsberg, Tiger, Guinness Stout?
A traditional craft brewer are normally small, independent, and traditional. Craft beers tell you a story from its origin country, seems like bringing in ingredients that we haven't taste elsewhere. Craft brewers normally face many challenges including entering the consumer market, cost of raw materials and ingredients and tax.
You can drink more than 100 kinds of craft beers sourced from the finest, independent micro-breweries from all over the world in The Craft Beer Shop by David Ng.

You have to walk upstairs, and it is smoking area, therefore, elderly, OKU and children are not advisable to go to the secret lounge.
I wanted something similar with HoeGarden, and David recommended me to her - Blanche De Bruxelles / Manneken Pis Belgian White. Blanche is from Belgium, she is white. Pale yellow with white head. Hmm, the scent of white grape. light and smooth texture together as you sip. Perfect white girl. Oops, not sure if it's a female or a male!

David had a quick chat with me, sharing some basic info of the differences between craft beers and the normal beer. Asking him why does he didn't display a signboard indicating his shop. He says he prefer to have his place to be mystery hidden in a relaxing lounge.
