Barthehood at 28 boulevard - thai western bistro bar

12 March 2022 - 28 barthehood... Not bratherhood ya....located next to a medium size park in pandan perdana...they are the only Thai Western bistro bar over here. The other whole shop rows are serving mostly steamboat, Vietnam food. Hardly see the shop if you don't park and walk in the 28 boulevard condo.

Parking is frustrating cause its always full of the residents parking the place instead it leaving it for the joggers. Condo shouldnt allow residents parking there. Oh well, the bar has one parking boy to collect money from the public parking, which you know malaysia boleh.

Anyway, the western chef wasn't around. Hence, we only manage to order all the Thai food. Moo ping skewers, tomyam soup, telur dadar, fried luncheon meat, tomyam fried glass noodles.

Overall, the food meet expectations.

 Seafood there isn't the usual stall price, slightly more expensive.

Live band around 9pm,probably weekends.

24 Sept 2020 - Everyone go gaga with 'hainam' and 冰室 as the coffeeshop names nowadays. Actually hainam is also the same as cham. Here is the menu, expensive or cheap? I am not sure why there is a hype naming the coffeeshop 冰室 cause the chinese words are more towards Hong Kong style. The neighbors were talking about this new hainam tea coffeeshop at Yulek. So, I went to try this siham sambal petai char keoy teow priced at rm9. What do you think of this combination? Good taste or merely for bring unique and viral? For me, the petai couldnt fit in together with the CKT. BUT, the belacan is so freshly done and very spicy. The cook didnt use the normal belacan paste (dark red color). On the wok hei part, the plate of char keoy teow taste is blanch though. As for the coffee, I personally think their hainam coffee taste nicer than hainam tea. The hainam tea was tasteless on this day, but my 1st visit ordering hainam coffee is good.
