While everyone seems lost our personal touch and common greetings due to the modern days tech, and it could be worse especially with the pandemic, not to mention we are so busy working in the city, Mr CL will never miss his greetings in his malaysia, or probably the world smallest grocery store.

I have paid a visit few years back but the intention of blogging his store still in my mind. Just that i couldn't search back his store photo.

CL will say: "Good morning, hi" to every passer by. And he has been doing it for 4 years everyday, without fail.

A welcome gesture is all it takes to make me stop and support him a bit. Basically he will be serving you hot coffee or tea for a great working day in ampang.

Some fresh food such as sandwich, simple kuih, nasi lemak, mee hoon, special bao such as rendang ayam or carbonara sounds like it's awesome. Great for breakfast ppl.

Basically a 7-11 seven eleven but a smaller version of it. A size of 100 sqft only but you probably get what you need on a quick go.

Even my kid will be happy to see his usual twisties snack, my instant noodles maggie mee, instant coffee, where he offers hot water to get it all done.

Do support him if you are at ampang point ampang.Very good gesture and a nice gentleman.

You wont miss it. Happy mart is located outside ampang point, near superbowl signage and basement parking area.

"Do you still serve fresh brewed (western) coffee?"




"The machine is costly and under maintenance but i still serve self own 40% vietnam mix local coffee." and there is it, make your day, boost your energy. Guess happy mart makes you happy!

Ah Bob food court - Ying sister Yong Tau fu 英姐酿豆腐

22 Sept 2018 - Are you a fan of Hakka  yong  tau foo? Those various vegetables wrapped with fish and chicken fillings (pork  free style ). The original fillings are  mix  of pork meat and mackerel fish.  Found this  ying  sister  yong  tau foo  are  far beyond the normal varieties. They only operates 2pm till night. They sell even black fungus 木耳 and 猪皮 Pork rind. Each yong tau foo priced at rm1.30, to be honest, I always get mixed up with fish maw and Pork rind. Both look and taste the same if there is no smell from the fried skin texture, anyone can guide me? Anyway, I super love it!  Also many delicious food Ampang people will recommend at ah bob food court, be it morning or night.  Various food choices both morning and night. Long time never go to food court as hardly can settle. Two kids alone in a busy food court, can't expect strangers helping you with babychairs or staff service...
