Collagen cartilage Chinese soup - chicken feet, fish maw, meat bone soup




I was having massive joint pain because normally I head over to massage centre to expel wind, cupping and full body massage.

With the tabata classes and housework ongoing, I can hear bone cracking against each other.

Then have a quick conversation with my natural food sifu haha...

Then I went to Chinese medicine shop, bought shark fin bones, sarawak pepper soup, puffed fish maw.

Then head over to wholesale mart and grab chicken feet..

All the collagen and bone soup is great recipe since we need to wfh for now.

Chinese medi shop says they don't have any traditional collagen or cartilage supplements.

I know pharmacy sells glucosamine supplements but I am not really a fan of supplements. 😅

Does anyone of you found which ways effective for joint pain?





On another note.. You can consider buy peach gum 桃胶. One big packet can be used for a big pot of peach gum dessert so I suggest you cook bit by bit... 

Or soak all overnight, peel off the dirty black skin. Then, keep in the freezer according to the portion by small containers. 

When you want to boil the dessert soup. Prepare rock sugar, red dates, longan, and snow fhngus. 

Take out the peach gum, mix altogether add water, boil low heat for only 30-40 mins. Monitor closely... Not too soft or too hard, so long it's nice to consume.
