Restoran win hen seng - Jalan imbi pork noodles specialty

When the house no one eats anymore local food.. And it's the first time I eat 1 pack of proper nasi lemak... Mana kaki I?

Was thinking to order the Jalan imbi pork noodles from win hen seng lately.

Although it's slightly expensive, though they are also in the city area. These are the stalls that operating... I whatsapp the seller daughter, suyi who helps me to arrange all tapao and grab express for me. Not sure if the price is exactly the same but its good to support them during such pandemic... Cause due to 10km restrictions, and if it's not coming to town due to work... Most probably no one gonna tapao from them.


Nasi lemak coconut rice was basically dressed up with sihum and rendang chicken drumsticks. Not spicy type, sweet sambal. Rice was just a little soggy today.


Pork noodles is perfecto with uncle dashes of Pepper as usual.


Chee cheong fun also pretty good.

Kopi in this restaurant jiu so so la.

24 Sept 2020 - Everyone go gaga with 'hainam' and 冰室 as the coffeeshop names nowadays. Actually hainam is also the same as cham. Here is the menu, expensive or cheap? I am not sure why there is a hype naming the coffeeshop 冰室 cause the chinese words are more towards Hong Kong style. The neighbors were talking about this new hainam tea coffeeshop at Yulek. So, I went to try this siham sambal petai char keoy teow priced at rm9. What do you think of this combination? Good taste or merely for bring unique and viral? For me, the petai couldnt fit in together with the CKT. BUT, the belacan is so freshly done and very spicy. The cook didnt use the normal belacan paste (dark red color). On the wok hei part, the plate of char keoy teow taste is blanch though. As for the coffee, I personally think their hainam coffee taste nicer than hainam tea. The hainam tea was tasteless on this day, but my 1st visit ordering hainam coffee is good.
