Recommended Korea Food - Handmade noodles soup, Korea ginseng chicken, fried chicken, seafood live octopus

26-29 April 2018 - Korea food top list: Korean cuisine focus on their proud kimchi, rice, ginseng.

Kimchi and others starters are availble in every meal

While palsaik and korea chickens are so famous in Malaysia, but in korea the country itself, moves beyond what I have eaten in Kl.If you travel to Korea, here are the must eat cuisine:

1) Ginseng chicken soup (samgyetang), a young whole chicken stuffed with ginseng and glutinous rice in its stomach. Korea ginseng soup is very nutritious. couldn't find back this shop address, but probably somewhere in Suwon, with the shoplot number 323-9.

2) Korea noodles soup - their handmade smooth texture is like slurping a wonderful mee sua. Small dumplings with rich fillings. The best I had is mijeong guksu noodles 0410 at insa-dong, priced at 3000-4000 won.

Address: Insa-dong Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea (Shoplot number 730-0412)

3) Korean fried chicken (chikin) coated with cornstarch or spicy sweet sauce. Initially, I thought their recipe is different from normal frying ingredients, but it's the same. For Chicken Revolution, the brothers both make good deep fried chicken.

Hours of Operation 11:00-24:00 (break time 14:0- 17:30), closed Sundays
Address: 55 Baekbeom-ro 87-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul

Cool palsaik pigs!

4) Palsaik, needs no introduction, as the grilling of 8 different pork slices is well known. The pan later will be stir fry with cheese and rice.

Others in moderation: Kimchi seafood soup, pork soup, cold noodles.

Live Octopus in a seafood restaurant near Best Western Premier, Seoul Garden Hotel. Shoplot number: 715-1788

seaweed roll and cold noodles.
As I am not used to eat cold noodles, the ice cube part is bit weird, but the portion is very big and the noodles are very tasty.

Opposite Best Western Premier, Seoul Garden Hotel, just across the road, a shop next to Mc'd.
