Taiwan recipe - Poon choy, Yee sang







18 Jan 2018 - Another creative innovation of Taiwan recipe, CNY special Yee sang made from lots of different fruits and vegetables, also special recipe of fruit sauce, as you crunch on their crispy crackers with sesame and abalone. 


Next is their Poon choy rm438-788, 13 food in the big wide bucket: fresh prawns, brocolli, duck, pork tendon 猪蹄筋, Fatt choy, three layered pork meat, Chinese mushrooms, fish maw, bean curd skin, mushroom fungus, giant pork ball, abalone, scallop, chicken feet, bak Choy. Cooking style: Hong Kong Taiwan fusion, cook each dish separately and pour the broth before serving to customer, therefore a different cooking method, and making the whole poon choy somehow excellent.

Finally get to taste real milk tea with real pearls at here. (in comparison with the rubber pearls by tealive, yes, seriously).


Also tried their red glutinous wine chicken, reminded me of confinement food.

Taiwan recipe started in 2000 by Datin Vivian, with her humble heart and passion of promoting Taiwan cuisine in Malaysia. I think a little twist of fusion of Malaysia food, makes me feel like Taiwan recipe food is uplifting flavors to the locals.
