Lavish spa - 6 hours relaxation

30 Nov 2017 - Can't travel away from Kl? Budget tight? Well, if you aim for the normal spa, simple ala carte food, swimming, relaxation, check in at lavish spa perhaps. We were getting discount as their Jacuzzi and steam room are under maintenance (very disappointing), as both are my favorites. Anyhow, they also offer others massage, nails saloon at additional reasonable price. Probably we didn't like it because manager told us we can enjoy discount, but only inform us the discount is applicable if we join as a member upon check out. Place is small, but it is OK if it's not crowded. Heard most students spent the 24 hours package to use the basic facilities - food & drinks, movie, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, gym, indoor games. The Jacuzzi photo displayed on their website is not as per the actual view, so much smaller from the picture. Service wise, all are fine.

24 Sept 2020 - Everyone go gaga with 'hainam' and 冰室 as the coffeeshop names nowadays. Actually hainam is also the same as cham. Here is the menu, expensive or cheap? I am not sure why there is a hype naming the coffeeshop 冰室 cause the chinese words are more towards Hong Kong style. The neighbors were talking about this new hainam tea coffeeshop at Yulek. So, I went to try this siham sambal petai char keoy teow priced at rm9. What do you think of this combination? Good taste or merely for bring unique and viral? For me, the petai couldnt fit in together with the CKT. BUT, the belacan is so freshly done and very spicy. The cook didnt use the normal belacan paste (dark red color). On the wok hei part, the plate of char keoy teow taste is blanch though. As for the coffee, I personally think their hainam coffee taste nicer than hainam tea. The hainam tea was tasteless on this day, but my 1st visit ordering hainam coffee is good.
