Mei geng fatt - fresh Australian oysters

Fresh Australian oysters rm11 per pc at mei keng Fatt Ampang. Dunno why there is so much icing, but definitely worth the price and it's freshness. I am surprised their oysters taste nicer than the one I had at Yamaguchi. Maybe the size is just nice, no need to crave for XXXXXL oysters.


Others Chinese food are....ok je..used to be delicious...Nothing much comment on the food then.

For chinese seafood, I would prefer SKH Riverview.

24 Sept 2020 - Everyone go gaga with 'hainam' and 冰室 as the coffeeshop names nowadays. Actually hainam is also the same as cham. Here is the menu, expensive or cheap? I am not sure why there is a hype naming the coffeeshop 冰室 cause the chinese words are more towards Hong Kong style. The neighbors were talking about this new hainam tea coffeeshop at Yulek. So, I went to try this siham sambal petai char keoy teow priced at rm9. What do you think of this combination? Good taste or merely for bring unique and viral? For me, the petai couldnt fit in together with the CKT. BUT, the belacan is so freshly done and very spicy. The cook didnt use the normal belacan paste (dark red color). On the wok hei part, the plate of char keoy teow taste is blanch though. As for the coffee, I personally think their hainam coffee taste nicer than hainam tea. The hainam tea was tasteless on this day, but my 1st visit ordering hainam coffee is good.
