Wineknot - Wine and Pork Iberico
24 Nov 2017 - Wineknot has the magic to make me come back for second trip again. This time round, we ordered aglio olio spaghetti truffle oil with pork iberico, and rendang pork and sambal petai! Food presentation was always a great start to make your appetite to crave for this specialty. Don't think you can find this elsewhere, but only at wineknot. The soft tender pork iberico meat sautted with the luxury truffle oil, comes alongwith some chilli to spice up ythe strong aroma. Having to said so, I realize most of the top dishes are always being cooked with Japanese seasonings, real chilli, pepper, and that's it! You heard of chicken rendang and curry wild boar, but who else will cook pork rendang with petai?
