Healthy, delicious and affordable food in Mid Valley and The Gardens

I was based in Midvalley for 2 months, and throughout these 2 months, I realized that you just need to spend at least RM 15 for better food, or else you can go to the food court - MAKAN PLACE in LG floor, Oasis Food Court in 2nd floor, and Food Junction on 3rd floor.

But trust me, you are really risking your life eating all those Ajinamoto, or unhealthy food.

So I just list down a food list where I think there is a balance portion of carbo, protein, fibre, and more healthy way of cooking. Budget is normally from RM 7 - 15, anything more than that, it is pricey.

Bought this sushi set from AEON. They do have special promotion, or 30% discount after 8pm.please do not go to AEON BIG to buy their sushi, terrible quality, althugh it is cheap like RM 1 both supermarket are kinda next to each other, so shop smart.

24 Sept 2020 - Everyone go gaga with 'hainam' and 冰室 as the coffeeshop names nowadays. Actually hainam is also the same as cham. Here is the menu, expensive or cheap? I am not sure why there is a hype naming the coffeeshop 冰室 cause the chinese words are more towards Hong Kong style. The neighbors were talking about this new hainam tea coffeeshop at Yulek. So, I went to try this siham sambal petai char keoy teow priced at rm9. What do you think of this combination? Good taste or merely for bring unique and viral? For me, the petai couldnt fit in together with the CKT. BUT, the belacan is so freshly done and very spicy. The cook didnt use the normal belacan paste (dark red color). On the wok hei part, the plate of char keoy teow taste is blanch though. As for the coffee, I personally think their hainam coffee taste nicer than hainam tea. The hainam tea was tasteless on this day, but my 1st visit ordering hainam coffee is good.
